Our Vetting Process

All Recruit Overseas staff go through a stringent vetting process before working on any projects for our clients. We pride ourselves on ensuring efficiency to our clients around the world. We do not want our clients to feel underwhelmed and consequently continually changing their staff members as we know this will be a major drawback of the offshoring of staff process. As a result we have built a specific platform which candidates who apply to work within the Recruit Overseas family have to register for and then complete a multitude of stringent tests. Last year we had over 4000 applicants, we handpicked only 150 staff members. Our vetting process includes testing applicants skillset through a series of exams, use of the English language, analysing their previous work and finally all staff then have their abilities tested on an internal Recruit Overseas project. Three of our senior staff then scrutinise the applicants results and only when all three senior staff approve the work, the applicant can now work with Recruit Overseas.
